Julie Ann Hudson

Julie Ann Hudson

She was the girl with an electric smile. Julie lit up every room she entered. She was a great mom taking her caring to the next level. Maybe sometimes she checked in a little too often with her children, but she rested easier knowing her kids were safe and sound. And it was no different with her patients. Always a favorite, they were as good to her as she was to them, always bringing Julie a big smile to her face. A cat could find no better home than to come across Julie, she adopted 3. If her T.V. was on she’d probably be checking in on some ghost hunting shows and she listened to just about every kind of music from Nirvana to Prince to the Stones and everything in between. She thought the perfect day was to wake up early, get dolled up and go on a selfie spree. But she wasn’t immune to adventuring out into the wilderness: Julie even tried some extreme camping in sub-zero weather. She was great at maintaining friendships. Julie would regularly check in with people she met on different games she loved to play on her phone.

Julie and Gary started their life’s journey back in October 2001 and finally married each other on April 25, 2014. Julie and Gary shared 16 years of life together staying together through the good times and bad.

She is survived by her children, Allison Snak, Dylan Snak and her step son, Ryan Hudson. She is also survived by her siblings, Helen, Larry, Emily and Judy.
Come celebrate 50 great years Thursday 10 a.m. to noon at Sweeney Funeral Home, Riverside where there will be a noon service. Interment to follow.
