Rita Melchiorre

Rita Melchiorre, wife of the late Captain Anthony Melchiorre passed away on July 18, 2013. She was a welder during WWII and received medals for her work and dedication to her country. She loved to cook and made many specialty dishes for not only the family but many others as well. She loved to read her Bible and study The Word. She was a mighty Prayer Warrior and interceded for anyone in need of prayer or help. She gave much of herself to others.

She is survived by her three children: Harriet Ricchini, John and Anthony Melchiorre, five grandchildren: Barbara, Michael, Carla, Johnny and Marc as well as by her 9 great-grandchildren: Paige, Adam, Erika, Douglas, Jenna, Brittney and Caitlyn.

Come celebrate Rita’s 90 wonderful years Saturday from 10 am at Come Alive New Testament Church 240 Old Marlton Pike, Medford, where the service will be at 11 am. Interment Sacred Heart Cemetery, Mt.
