Wilma Bertha Marmino

Wilma was born in Beverly and attended Beverly Elementary School and Wilbur Watts High School in Burlington.  She did office work in Philadelphia while studying voice and went to New York City to continue with singing and piano.  Eventually she studied piano under Miss Elsa Fielder, Arthur Fielder’s sister, and became friends with the Fielder family.  She loved music and her piano.  After giving up singing Wilma worked as a typist and typed approx. 100 words per minute.  She was a vivacious, friendly person who helped many people in various ways.
Wilma is survived by her sister, Sr. Georgina Marmino, OSF of Aston Pa, nieces, nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews and many cousins, especially H. Dave and Shirley Carter to whom she had become very close.
